Grand opening of the Historical Hall at the 1^st Classical Gymnasium took place on Jun 16^th. In January 1850 the first Georgian performance “Gakra” (Divorce) was staged in this Hall. This day is considered birth date of the Georgian Theatre. The Ertguleba Charity Fund started reconstruction of the hall in December 2008. The fourth grade students of the Gymnasium played in the performance “Keto da Kote” specially for the opening of the Hall.
