On May 13 the Charity Fund Ertguleba and organization ‘Counterpart International’ organized joint humanitarian event at the club 33a situated in Vake Park. On this event invalids received modern style invalid chairs provided by donor organization ‘LDS Charities’ and other kind of aid. 79 disabled persons, whose age is between 7 and 85, received invalid chairs for free. Also, they were provided with different kinds of presents by local and foreign companies working in Georgia.           

Similar event was organized by Charity Fund Ertguleba and organization ‘Counterpart International’ just a year ago, on which 50 disabled persons received invalid chairs and presents. Thanks to these vehicles many disabled persons acquired opportunity to become genuine members of society, which in  turn gave desire and hope for future to them. We have to admit that it is second time club 33a and namely, Mr. Niaz Diasamidze is helping in organizing these events for free.

Also, on this event the Fund presented its new initiative – Ertguleba Ambassador, which implies to involve celebrities in charity and to implement new projects with their help. On May 13 the Fund named as ‘Ertgulba Ambassadors’ its good friends – Niaz Diasamidze, Duta Skhirtladze and members of Georgian National Rugby Team.

Representatives of US Embassy, donor organizations, local NGOs and those financed by US State Department attended the events. Among guests were also representatives of Georgian culture and sport, participants of the project ‘Anabana’, etc.
